Like all the Guides at About.com, I'm a real person. You can email me at buddhism.guide@about.com. I regret that I cannot answer every e-mail, but if you have a simple and concise question I will try to respond. Please put "question" somewhere in the email subject line -- for example, "Question About Finding a Teacher." That way I will know your email isn't spam.

A better way to get your question answered is to post it in the forums. You will benefit from the perspectives of other forum participants and not just one frazzled Zen student.

If your sangha is planning a special program or project, please email me with "sangha news" in the subject line. I can't publish every news item, but news that would interest a wide spectrum of Buddhists might be the subject of a blog post. Please include the name and contact information of someone who can provide more information if I need it.

Please feel free to send me suggestions for other Buddhism sites to link to. I can't promise a link -- standards are strict -- but I will take a look.
