Naga

Nagas are divine serpents who appear frequently in sutras and myths.

Nembutsu

The Nembutsu is a chant of the Pure Land school.

Nirmanakaya

Nirmanakaya is the physical body of a buddha, which manifests in the world to teach and save all beings.

Nirvana

Nirvana means "to extinguish," such as extinguishing the flame of a candle. However, this "extinguishment" is not understood by Buddhists to mean annihilation.
